Customer & Postal services – Relation
The work is done in order to organise the crowd in a post office situated in London. The post office usually has lot of customers and some customers wants to wait for longer period even to get a simple service done. So the postal department have decided to organise their services to increase the customer satisfaction. To give them the solution, a study was made to find out the actors involving in the situation. The analysis is done using the i* framework which is a modeling language to understand the problem statement of the system in the early phase of the software development. The two main approaches used here is Strategic Rationale Modelling and Strategic Dependency Modeling . The model represents the actors and their goal in the system.
